Why am I taking part in this course? It’s about time I get up to date with the tools available. In the past 3 years my role has changed (as has my job and place of work) from TAFE to University. At TAFE I had opportunities to indulge in researching and using different technology to achieve blended delivery – this meant time to ‘play’ with different tools to keep up to date. These days I predominantly train and develop resources which keeps me very busy but doesn’t keep me informed about the tools out there. So…… what I am trying to say is that I am hoping to top my knowledge up by keeping to the CPD23 schedule!
Where is my career now and where would I like to go? My career is at a bit of a stand still. I love the training aspect (interaction with people) but need to keep motivated and learning. I want to update how we train and the tools we use.
How to improve my blogging? Any feedback? In regard to content I guess I am hoping fellow bloggers relate to where I am coming from and that I can learn from them – their blogs and comments. I am new to blogging ‘professionally’. I am an informal trainer, so guess my style will be informal. Must remember to keep it friendly yet professional

What am I most looking forward to? Just reread The Plan and it all looks pretty good to me, however my favourites would be LinkedIn, Podcasts, Twitter and creating my personal brand…
